Potluck Information – No Refrigeration Available

We are very excited to see you at our event and potluck! This potluck and event are being hosted in a space with no refrigeration available, so please take that into consideration when planning what you’ll bring to share with other people who are participating. Potlucks are a fantastic way to be social and a great way to make sure dinner is planned for.

Cold Food

There is no refrigeration here, but there is space for coolers and there are many room temperature options available. Feel free to send a note to the organizers if you want to get some simple thoughts/ideas. Many people choose to bring things that could be both a snack or a light meal, but there are plenty of options to choose from here.

Hot Food

The event space does not have a kitchen. That said, there will be a panini press available and there are outlets for things such as crock pots. If you are bringing hot food, please bring things to serve them with and keep in mind that the dishes available will be plastic or paper.

Snacks

Rather than choosing snacks other people may bring, it is often best to bring some more unique, or more slightly unique items. Also, fruit and vegetables are quite welcome.

Eating And Serving Products

Please send a note to the organizers if you are willing to bring plates, bowls, cups, silverware, or plastic serving dishes. These are very much appreciated, though sometimes we have some from previous events.

Drinks

You are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages to share with people of age, but please do not bring them as a passing item for the potluck. Soda’s, tea’s, and juices all work well.

It’s Likely Pizza Will Be Ordered

A pizza order will be placed one hour before the potluck. If you would like to place your own order or contribute to the ordering pizza to share, please contact the organizers. For events that have workshops, the order will be placed during a workshop break. You can inform the organizers you’d like to be a part of this either in advance or at this time.
